Wong - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This LightScribe Blu-Ray Writer distributed by LG has the perfect attributes. It writes quickly, doesn't produce coasters, and it actually contains decent software. So far I haven't had any coasters yet. There were only two reasons I purchased this drive: 1) To burn dual-layer DVDs that my existing drive wasn't able to do consistently (a lot of coasters) and 2)To be able to burn to Blu-Ray blanks. This drive delivers for #1. I have yet to try any Blu-Ray blanks but I wouldn't doubt that it could handle those well. In any case, I'll provide an update about the drive's Blu-Ray writing performance and reliability in a future update.
